Returns are subject to the following conditions;
If an item arrives damaged, it may be returned for replacement.
If you find that an item was misrepresented on the website, it may be returned for exchange or refund.
If you receive the wrong product in the mail, you may return it in exchange for the correct product.
Items must be returned within 30 days with the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.
Refunds will only be granted;
if the item you order is discontinued or back-ordered for more than two weeks.
Or if the item you order was misrepresented on our website (the product does not match the description on the website).
Sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive an item other than what you ordered, you may return it for exchange.
Credit for shipping costs:
We will pay the shipping cost for any valid return or exchange in the form of a store credit or refund to your credit card (customer's choice).
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery (custom made items and orders outside the U.S. may take longer).
Most orders ship within 5 business days.
Most U.S. orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.
International Orders ship by Global Priority Mail (where available) and may require additional shipping charges.
Customers outside the U.S. will be notified of the additional shipping charges by e-mail.
If your order will be delayed, you will be notified by email.
Orders paid by check or money order will ship after the check/money order has cleared the bank.
